Financial Policy
Dr. Salzberg and her staff are proud to deliver top-quality, most comprehensive, and cost-effective services available today. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless financial arrangements have been made in advance.
For your convenience we accept Personal Checks, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
Short-term payment arrangements may be possible in some complex cases. If you have any questions or or concerns regarding your account or insurance, feel free to contact our office.
Insurance
Our office accepts Delta Dental PPO and Premier Insurance.
Due to our office being a specialty practice, it is not possible to accurately estimate our patient's insurance benefits. Many insurance companies will not let us know what the fees are until after treatment is completed.
Furthermore, dental insurance benefits are contracts between you (and/or employer) and your insurance company. Most insurance policies are limited and often only reimburse for a portion of dental procedure(s). The benefits you receive are established by the terms of your insurance policy. Questions regarding your insurance coverage should be directed to your employer or insurance company.
As a courtesy, we will file to your primary dental insurance company for you, even if we are not a participating provider, to help you obtain reimbursement of the fees paid to our office at the time of service. We ask that you keep us informed of any change(s) to your insurance plan. It is important that all information about you and your dental insurance is current.
